David Richards is a professional banker with over thirty years experience with Standard Chartered Bank in London, Africa and the Middle East. In 1989, he co-founded Midas Merchant Bank as its pioneer Managing Director. He has dedicated the last twenty seven years to raising venture capital for the manufacturing, mining and the oil and gas sectors. He is a member of the National Executive Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), former Financial Director of Niger Delta Exploration & Production PLC and former Director of Global Bank PLC.
Elizabeth Ojeh is an experienced Financial Analyst, and worked at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, evaluating companies seeking quotation on the Official List of the NSE. She is also an experienced Intelligence Analyst and has served as Project Manager and Chief Operations Officer of ENGIK Construction in Nigeria. She holds Masters' Degrees in Civil Engineering and Public Affairs.
